1.0 GENERAL SPECIFICATION / DESCRIPTION

1.1 Standard engine specification for use in Worldskills Malaysia competition (Task-Engine Mechanical).

1.2 Engine can be rotate 360 degree using reducer gear come with locking.

1.3 With immobilizer system.

1.4 Stand material using mild steel square.

2.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

2.1 The set comprises:

2.1.1 USED 1.3/1.6 S4PE/S4PH engine without gearbox.(latest)

2.1.2 Normally aspirated petrol engine, four (4) cycle, transverse,4 cylinders in line, DOHC, overhead valve, water-cooled, VVT, running by timing belt.

2.1.3 Battery, sta rter, alternator, radiator, meter panel,

diagnostic connection socket, ignition and wiring.

2.1.4 Engine Harness (Wiring) with transponder and key ring antenna (with codding).

2.1.5 Panel board located at top front of the engine stand with ignition switch key, emergency stop switch, instrument cluster meter, fuse, fuse box and diagnostic socket.

2.1.6 Exhaust with maniverter.

2.1.7 Can use scan tool for diagnosis.

2.1.9 Engine can be rotated using swivel when disassembly.

2.1.10 Engine stand complete with four (4) heavy duty casters with lock.

2.1.13 Reducer gear (KVB-050-20A-1)

2.1.15 Shaft between reducer gear and engine bracket support with pillow bearing.

2.1.16 Plate engine bracket must be drill and attach with solid shaft that welded inside and outside.
