Syarmaine Enterprise Kembali Menerima Mahasiswa PTO Universitas Negeri Malang dalam Program International Industrial Internship Batch 2
Melaka, Malaysia, Januari 2026 – Sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia unggul di tingkat internasional, Syarmaine Enterprise kembali menerima mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif (PTO) dari Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang untuk mengikuti program International Industrial Internship Batch 2.
Program ini merupakan implementasi dari perjanjian kerja sama yang telah terjalin antara Syarmaine Enterprise dan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang dalam upaya memperkuat sinergi antara dunia industri dan institusi pendidikan tinggi. Melalui program magang internasional ini, mahasiswa memperoleh kesempatan untuk terlibat secara langsung dalam aktivitas industri yang sesungguhnya serta memahami standar kerja yang diterapkan pada lingkungan industri berskala internasional.
Selama menjalani program internship di Syarmaine Enterprise, para mahasiswa akan mendapatkan pengalaman praktis melalui keterlibatan dalam berbagai kegiatan operasional perusahaan, penerapan teknologi, pengelolaan proyek, hingga pengembangan keterampilan profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja saat ini. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga berkesempatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama tim, serta pemahaman terhadap budaya kerja internasional.
Pimpinan Syarmaine Enterprise menyampaikan apresiasi atas keberlanjutan program ini yang telah memasuki pelaksanaan batch kedua. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan batch pertama menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara industri dan perguruan tinggi mampu memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi kedua belah pihak, khususnya dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi teknis dan profesional sesuai kebutuhan industri global.
“Kami merasa bangga dapat kembali menjadi mitra industri bagi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang. Melalui program ini, kami berharap para peserta dapat memperoleh pengalaman kerja yang berharga, memahami tantangan dunia industri secara langsung, serta mengembangkan keterampilan yang akan mendukung karier mereka di masa depan,” ujar perwakilan manajemen Syarmaine Enterprise.
Sementara itu, program International Industrial Internship ini juga menjadi salah satu bentuk kontribusi Syarmaine Enterprise dalam mendukung pengembangan pendidikan vokasional dan penguatan kompetensi generasi muda melalui pengalaman belajar berbasis industri.
Dengan terlaksananya International Industrial Internship Batch 2 ini, Syarmaine Enterprise berharap kerja sama yang telah terjalin dengan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan bagi mahasiswa, institusi pendidikan, maupun dunia industri di masa mendatang. Program ini diharapkan menjadi sarana efektif dalam mencetak lulusan yang adaptif, kompeten, dan siap bersaing di tingkat internasional.

Melaka, Malaysia, January 2026 – As a form of commitment to supporting the development of excellent human resources at the international level, Syarmaine Enterprise once again welcomes students from the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program (PTO), Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Malang to participate in the International Industrial Internship Program Batch 2.
This program is an implementation of the cooperation agreement that has been established between Syarmaine Enterprise and the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Malang in an effort to strengthen the synergy between industry and higher education institutions. Through this international internship program, students gain the opportunity to be directly involved in real industrial activities and understand the work standards applied in an international-scale industrial environment.
During the internship program at Syarmaine Enterprise, students will gain practical experience through involvement in various company operational activities, application of technology, project management, and the development of professional skills relevant to current industry needs. In addition, students also have the opportunity to improve communication skills, teamwork, and understanding of international work culture.
The leadership of Syarmaine Enterprise expressed appreciation for the continuation of this program, which has entered its second batch implementation. The success of the first batch shows that collaboration between industry and higher education institutions can provide significant benefits for both parties, especially in preparing graduates with technical and professional competencies in accordance with global industry needs.
