GENERAL SPECIFICATION / DESCRIPTION

  1. This educational training platform features a complete EV power battery assembly and an integrated detection panel for hands-on analysis of various battery systems. Its key capability is the ability to connect with other training modules to demonstrate the vehicle’s full high-voltage power-on logic.
  2. A power battery training platform based on a complete, original battery pack assembly from a modern pure electric vehicle. The platform must include the associated high-voltage connection harness and an integrated detection panel for analysis.

Include, at a minimum: detection and fault analysis of low-voltage circuits and interlock signals; testing of power battery insulation resistance; live reading and analysis of individual cell voltages and temperatures; and tools for understanding the battery’s thermal management system.
