GENERAL SPECIFICATION / DESCRIPTION

  • The equipment shall be a training platform for a pure electric vehicle’s heat pump air conditioning and heating system, based on the components of a modern production vehicle.
  • The platform must be constructed using fully operational, original vehicle components, including but not limited to an electric compressor, an air conditioning evaporator assembly, a PTC heater, a thermal management module, a condenser assembly, and a cooling fan.
  • All components shall be fixed to an open platform in a layout that accurately represents their relative positions in the original vehicle. The design must clearly present the connection control relationships, installation locations, and operating parameters of the core components.
  • The system must be designed to facilitate both structural understanding and the hands-on detection of all air conditioning system functions. It should be equipped with an integrated measurement panel that provides detection terminals for measuring and analyzing the relevant electrical circuits of the system.
