General Description:
This equipment should develop and manufactured based on the chassis of front and rear four-wheel drive vehicles; The product supposedly consists of a transmission, front and rear drive shafts, front and rear differentials, transfer case, half shaft, shift control mechanism, etc; Applicable to the structure, disassembly, inspection, maintenance principles, and practical training of the four-wheel drive chassis transmission system in automotive technology training environments.
Product Features:
i. The training platform for the four-wheel drive chassis drive system of automobiles adopts real components of the four-wheel drive transmission system with the original layout of the vehicle parts structure, fully demonstrating the composition structure and functions of the shifting control mechanism, gearbox, transfer case, transmission shaft, differential, and half axle drive wheels of the four-wheel drive transmission system of automobiles.
ii. Moving demonstration of transmission path, using 220~240VAC supply to drive the input shaft of the gearbox to change gears, can simulate the forward and reverse gears of the car, operate the transfer case to achieve two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive of the car, and demonstrate the transmission routes of two-wheel power and four-wheel power of the car.
iii. Visible internal structural principles by dissecting certain outer shell of the gearbox and transfer case, displaying the internal gears and shifting mechanism. Without disassembling and assembling the gearbox and transfer case, the internal structure can be visually observed.
iv. Disassembly and assembly training, the original vehicle structure layout, accessories, and assembly screws of the four-wheel drive chassis drive system should made of original vehicle components, providing students with a disassembly and assembly training environment for the original vehicle.
v. Data testing training: The training platform for the four-wheel drive chassis drive system of automobiles uses original car accessories with the same parameters as the original car.
vi. Display the RPM of input shaft, output shaft and drive shaft.
