Product Description

Based on the electric vehicle power battery, it consists of instrument, display, power battery pack and battery management unit. The principle teaching and training needs of automotive power battery systems and demonstrates the internal structure, control principle and performance parameters of the power battery.

 

Training Program

  1. Understand the structure and working principle of the power battery pack, learn to identify the power battery
  2. Understand the real-time data reading function of Battery management system, such as reading the voltage, temperature, current, and other data of the power battery, and analyze the working state of the battery module
  3. Understand the structure and working principle of the high voltage distribution box;
  4. Understand the components and circuits of the power battery and battery management system, and their functions;
  5. Master the methods of measurement, inspection and maintenance of single cells;
  6. Master the detection method of positive contactor, negative contactor and voltage divider;
  7. Master the detection methods of common components in high-voltage distribution boxes.
