1.1 Specification
The ABS Brake Trainer Kit with ESP and TCS System is an advanced and fully functional training apparatus designed to demonstrate the structure, operation and diagnostic principles of modern automotive braking and stability systems. It enables trainees to observe, measure and analyze the real-time behaviour of ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), TCS (Traction Control System / ASR), and ESP (Electronic Stability Program) under various simulated driving conditions.

- Complete vacuum brake booster experiment, large surface adhesion coefficient ABS braking experiment, small surface friction coefficient ABS braking experiment, asymmetric road ABS brake experiments, different adhesion coefficient road ASR work process experiments, oversteer ESP work processes experiments, less-steer ESP work processes experiments, ABS, TCS, EBD three controls priority principal experiment.
- Motor with inverter control and speed adjustment can be achieved.
- The training sets are equipped with complete coloured schematics and detection terminal of ABS/TCS/ESP braking system, various signal parameters of the sensors, solenoid valves can be detected by special instruments.
- Multi-plate clutch connected to the brake disc and the motor output shaft to complete wheel brake.
- Differential LED digital meter can show the brake master cylinder and the brake cylinder pressure changes in real time.
- The training units equipped with diagnostic communication link can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders, electronically controlled automatic transmission system for read fault codes, clear fault codes read the data stream and other diagnostic functions.
- Mobile device with locking casters which easy to move and facilitate to teach.
