GENERAL SPECIFICATION / DESCRIPTION

  1. Engine can rotate 360 degrees using reducer gear come with locking.
  2. With immobilizer system.
  3. Stand material using mild steel square.
  4. Data link connecter (DLC) to use with scan tool.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

The set comprises:

  • Engine Assembly available in 1.3L or 1.6L displacement and supplied without a gearbox.
  • Engine cutaway models from real engine vehicles that have been modified for training purposes.
  • Normally aspirated petrol engine, four (4) cycle, transverse,4 cylinders in line, DOHC, overhead valve, water-cooled, VVT, running by timing belt.
  • Battery, starter, alternator, radiator, meter panel, diagnostic connection socket, ignition and wiring.
  • Engine Harness (wiring) with transponder and key ring antenna (with coding).
  • The panel board located at the top front of the engine stands with ignition switch key, emergency stop switch, instrument cluster meter, fuse, fuse box and diagnostic socket.
  • Exhaust with maniverter.
  • Supports diagnostics via an external scan tool.
  • Complete engine accessories in running conditions.
  • Engine can be rotated using swivel when disassembly.
  • Engine stands complete with four (4) heavy duty casters with lock.
  • Accelerator Pedal Sensor (APS) attach with stand beside reducer gear.
  • Come with original engine mounting (timing belt side) attach on approx. 1.5-inch x 1.5-inch ± 0.5-inch hollow bar approx.
  • Reducer gear.
  • Come with stand base approx. 38-inch (L) x 24-inch (W) ± 0.5-inch approx.
  • Shaft between reducer gear and engine bracket support with pillow bearing.
  • Plate engine brackets must be drilled and attached with a solid shaft that welded inside and outside.
  • Flywheel must be cover for safety
