General Description:
The equipment should made from a SYMMETRICAL All Wheel Drive and-Continuous Variable Transmission (AWD-CVT) system able to shows an exposed major component such as:
i. AWD gearing,
ii. V-belt pulleys,
iii. belts and
iv. hydraulic control systems for CVT mechanics.
Product Features:
i. The transmission training platform should simulate the working conditions at different speeds through the shift lever and engine speed; assemble the brake system to demonstrate the working condition of the transmission. Practical training and assessment system should enable students to observe gear ratio changes in real time.
ii. The transmission training platform should adopt movable platform with locking function, and the platform is made of galvanized profile or equivalent for strong oil resistance and corrosion resistance.
iii. The transmission training platform should design with a front-facing inclined control detection table, and the detection panel should install with a complete color circuit diagram. Students can intuitively compare the working principle of the system by understanding and analyzing the circuit diagram and physical objects. An external detection terminal with a hole should installed on the panel.
iv. The transmission training platform should equip with OBD2 self-diagnosis interface, which is convenient for teachers and students to use the automobile computer diagnostic instrument which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator and control unit pin on the panel.
v. The transmission training platform should come with a steel working table with 3 drawer and approximate table size 1000mm x 90mm x 90mm.
vi. Input power supply should be AC 240V 50Hz.
vii. Data testing training: The training platform for the symmetrical all-wheel drive chassis drive system of automobiles uses original car accessories with the same parameters as the original car.
viii. Display the RPM of input shaft, output shaft and drive shaft.
