ENGINE DIESEL TURBOCHARGED TRAINING UNIT (COMMON RAIL)
DESCRIPTION
A diesel engine with the transmission is mounted on the engine stand and comes complete in running condition with all major components such as the engine cylinder, engine block, oil filter, alternator, high-pressure pump, injector, fuel feed pump, fuel filter, water pump, fan, fuel tank, belts and flywheel.
FEATURES:
- CRDI (Common Rail Direct Injection) Simulator Equipment which has fuel, cooling, intake, and exhaust panel so that allows theoretical training and experiments.
- Can check and diagnose all faults that can happen in an actual vehicle system.
- Pressure gauge is attached on each range of hydraulic lines on A/T for circuit training of each shifting process.
- Check terminal box is attached for the test of electronic circuits and sensors with diagnosed device.
- Fault insertion, control panel open and close feature, and 3-stage PCB board mounted.
- Exhaust muffler is specially designed with heat-resisting paint to be maintained at high temperatures up to 600ºC.
