Product Description

Based on the air conditioning system of the new energy vehicle, including electric compressor, air conditioning controller assembly, condenser assembly, evaporation tank assembly, control panel, high and low pressure pipeline expansion valve assembly, etc., combined with the teaching board, the inspection and maintenance, diagnosis and measurement of the air conditioning system of the electric vehicle are realized. The training platform is equipped with detection terminals.

 

Function

  1. Demonstrate the working principle and control process of electric air conditioner and compressor.
  2. Realize the refrigeration intensity regulation, wind speed control, air supply outlet control and internal and external circulation control of the air conditioner.
  3. Realize the inspection and detection of pipeline pressure of air conditioning system;
  4. Understand the operation characteristics and diagnosis methods of air conditioning system through teaching board;
